THE FOLLOWING 5 STEPS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN TERROR.
1. Being able to raid from Monday to Thursday the following times for the zones - Sydney 6.30pm to 9.30pm - New Zealand 8.30pm to 11.30pm - Server 11.30pm to 2.30pm
2. As we raid 4 days a week, a minimum of 75% raid attendance is required of you, out of 4 days server reset day is counted, so if you may not be able to make a raid night, perhaps this may be the night you would choose too. We keep a "3 Strike" rule for attendance to raids not being kept and no updates via; Forums/Mail/Vent conversation with a officer, if you do not maintain this you will be removed with Mail commenting on why this has be done.
3. Stable internet connection. We require our guild to have a good internet connection so we do not come accross "D/C" "My ISP was not working". In saying that we do understand everyone has Lag at the best and the worst of times.
4. Vent + Mic. All raiders MUST HAVE Vent and Mic. If you do no have them, you will be given a one week period to obtain a Mic, due to Vent being downloaded there is no excuse. We require communication from all raiders via Mic during our raids and if you do not manage to have a Mic after two weeks you will be given the choice to be removed or either find another guild.
5. Mods and Raid ethics. In respect to in game mods we require all raiders to have Deadly Boss Mods and Omen Threat Meter. These are the only two mods we require, as we can do a version check with both. Raid ethics; For all raids 2hr Potions, Battle and/or Guardian Elixirs need to be up, regardless of how smaller buff they give, it makes the raid run smoother, faster and more effective. In saying this ALL RAIDERS MUST HAVE FOOD BUFFS FOR EVERY BOSS FIGHT. Trash is not an issue for Food/Pot Buffs as we move fast and given that accidents do occur people die at times. Raiders must be correct specs for Raiding, in regards to this we may require you to change spec to give the raid a buff that requires you going a different path with your gear and/or play style. We keep note of those who do help the raids on a whole for the assistance in Talent changes to help further the guild raids and they do not go unnoticed per say. We also expect all raid gear to be have the best Enchants and Gems to ensure that they get full effect in future raids, showing us they respect the time they have used within the raiding hours of the guild and also the gear they have been given. All raids have a 30 minute raid form prior to start, if you choose to not attend the full 30 minutes before hand you have to ensure you have Food + Pots etc ready the night before and on before we do the first pull.
